Solutions
A practical path to transaction readiness.
Afissio's solutions are designed around three needs: discover and diagnose, resolve, and maintain readiness over time.
Solutions
Three ways to engage
Start with a fixed-scope Review, go deeper with a Sprint when the findings or the timeline call for it, and keep the record ready with ongoing Support.
Transaction Readiness Review
A fixed-scope review of operative documents and transaction-readiness conditions. The Review identifies the issues most likely to create friction during institutional diligence, summarizes the most important findings, and provides a prioritized remediation roadmap.
Best suited for: companies that need a clear view of readiness before a transaction process begins.
Deal Engineering Sprint
A focused follow-on engagement for companies that need deeper work after the Review or face a nearer-term transaction event. Afissio helps leadership sequence solutions, organize remediation, refine decisions, and prepare for the practical pressures of diligence.
Best suited for: companies with significant findings or an approaching financing, acquisition, partnership, or recapitalization.
Ongoing Readiness Support
Continued transaction-readiness support for companies on an active transaction runway. Afissio refreshes the analysis as conditions change, responds to new developments, and helps maintain the company's readiness over time.
Best suited for: companies preparing over time for institutional investment or another consequential transaction.
An extension of the Review
Data room services
Any solution may include building and curating a data room for the anticipated transaction. The data room is a natural extension of the Review. Afissio has already worked through the operative record to identify diligence friction, and that same work produces the structure, completeness, and ordering the room requires.
Structured and curated
Afissio structures, sorts, organizes, and curates each room so that a reviewer can move through it easily and find what they are looking for without being walked through it.
Comprehensive by necessity
The room is built to be comprehensive, in part because the Review itself requires that level of completeness. The record assembled for the analysis is the record the room presents.
Named, secured, controlled
File naming, security, and access control follow established practice, so the room stays consistent and orderly as documents are added and as the transaction moves forward.
Having worked in life sciences investment banking, I know how much deal structure matters. Afissio helped us think through the terms investors were proposing and how those terms could affect the company in future rounds. They explained the tradeoffs rather than simply flagging issues, and they were a valuable sounding board on how to approach the raise. I appreciated having someone who could work through those decisions with me.

Frequently Asked Questions
What companies ask before they engage
Which engagement should we start with?
Most companies start with the Transaction Readiness Review. It is fixed in scope and gives a clear view of readiness before a transaction process begins; the Sprint and Support build on what it finds.
When does a Sprint make sense?
When the Review surfaces significant findings, or when a financing, acquisition, partnership, or recapitalization is approaching and the remediation has to be sequenced and done.
What does Ongoing Readiness Support involve?
Afissio refreshes the analysis as conditions change, responds to new developments, and keeps the record ready for the companies on an active transaction runway.
Is a data room included?
Any solution may include building and curating a data room for the anticipated transaction. It draws on the same work the Review has already done on the operative record.
Can we move from one engagement to another?
Yes. The three are designed as a progression, so the work in one carries directly into the next rather than starting again.
Does this replace our counsel or advisers?
No. The work runs alongside existing counsel, accountants and bankers, and is designed to make their work faster rather than duplicate it.
Still a question about your own record?
